Invasion of the lungs by thick mucus causes a rapidly fatal form of the disease which can be transmitted from one person to another via spittal. Transmission of the disease in this manner is not nearly as difficult to eradicate as that transmitted by succubi, as quarrantine is extremely effective if enforced early enough.
